At the outset I must express my deep felt appreciation for the hospitality and positive interaction made by your Officers staff led by Mr. Pranab Sarmah   Consultant in absence of you on tour to Tripura.Infact my visit to your institution brought out excellent Infrastructure you have to not only to make your institution as Hub for Knowledge sharing/ CoE on Safety Health Social Security for North East States but also in holding international National State level workshop symposium ect which we may do in 2024 as discussed and sent herewith as Write Up for your kind information and action.1. IIE as hub for good practices on safety, health wellness & social security for industries of Northeast States with focus on Manufacturing Construction, Power Generation & MSME Sectors.2. Regional / National Level workshop on OSH SS for MSME Sector.3. Online Training Program on Vision Zero for a safe workplace.4. Tea / Plantation industries issues on safety health & social security research / training programs through collaboration cooperation.

5. Publications like pocket size booklet as handed over to Mr. Pranab Sarmah to hindi & local language (As Briefed to  Ms. Binita Das Hindi Translator) which will be very useful to students faculties trainees of your institute which you can print with your institute Advt in an page of the booklet.
