In other areas of law, these types of Seminars and Webinars are common.

But, in the area of Labour Law not often happening. 

I think it is better to have Webinar as an annual event every year.

Professionals and Academics in the area of Labour Law are not very much connected.

It is a very good idea to connect all of us through Whatsapp.
