Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy No refunds will be made for cancellations after August 2, 2021. Registrants can transfer their registration to someone else up until September 10, 2021. No transfers will be made after September 10, 2021. All cancellation or transfer requests must be made in writing to the Congress Planner at worldcongress2021-registration@icsevents.com. Requests by phone will not be accepted.

Congress Program

Certificate of Attendance

Delegates that attend the Virtual Congress and require a certificate of attendance will need to email worldcongress2021-registration@icsevents.com who will provide the certificate by e-mail. The deadline to request a certificate of attendance is November 1, 2021.

Access to the Virtual Congress

The World Congress platform will open during the week of September 13, 2021. Access log-in details will be sent to your email address focalpointindia.dguv@gmail.com from noreply@spotme.com. Please check your spam/junk folder and let us know if you do not receive your log-in details.     Early access is provided so that you can familiarize yourself with the Event Platform. We encourage all delegates to log in to the platform prior to September 20, 2021 and to test their system to ensure it meets the requirements for optimal viewing. When you log in to the platform, your computer will automatically adjust the schedule times to the time zone that has been set up in your computer settings. More information about the platform can be found here.
