Dr Fuellemann spoke about vision training programmes being practiced all over
the world. Safety, Health and wellness are key factors at the workplace. Vision
zero programme is making a marked impact at the workplace. Dr. Sashikala
Chandrasekar who is involved International Commission on Occupational Health
(ICOH) has appreciated our vision zero programme.

requested for collaboration / cooperation.
It was truly appreciated by ESI, Academician, Business community,

Online Vision Zero Workshop Industrial Safety, to achieve Zero Accident and fatalities in the Factories: An International Perspective (18.12.2023)(IGFP Nr.2023/33)

IGFP is privileged to coordinate the 10th Online Visionzero training program for Cuttack Division of Directorate of Factories Odisha with strong support of Mr Gopalan Saheb IAS Secretary Labour & ESI alongwith Mr Anupam who has just joined as LC cum Directorate of Factories assisted by Dr Malay Pradhan Mr Manoj Panda DD ect
With Dr Fuellemann Switzerland as Lead Speaker joined by Meike Jaguar Councillor Labour Welfare German Embassy Delhi , the Role of Management Managers & Workers were brought out to achieve Zero Harm Culture for Industries in Odisha
While thanking Dr Malay Pradhan informed Government desire to have A Feedback Workshop with Dr Fuellemann as Lead Panelist in January/ February 2024 besides 1 International symposium on Visionzero in April May 2024
IGFP took the occasion to display the ISSA Visionzero Award it received @ recently concluded World congress Sydney

May i take this opportunity to convey our sincere thanks & gratitude for today’s “Chai Pe Charcha on Swasthya, Siksha, Surakhya & Samajika Surakhya towards Celebration of Children’s Day 2023” on14th November @ IGFP-(2023/30) .
It was a great team work to have professionals from ESIC, HR,Health, Startups, Handicraft, Small Business, School Consultant & from Safety Personal to attend & share their experiences on Sikshya, Swasthya, Surakshya & Samajika Surakshya.
The takeaway of the discussion is “Preventative Measures Should be Adopted by All at Individual, Professional , Industrial Level to Attend Zero Tolerance for Accident Fatality & Infection at Home Family & Society including Start Ups/ Self Employed should be made Aware of Govt Welfare Schemes for Coverage/ Compliance/ Taking Benefits.”.

    The panel discussed on Swasthya (Health), Siksha(Education),
    Surakhya(Safety) & Samajika Surakhya (Social Security).
     
     It included ESIC (Employee Security Insurance Corporation) EPF (Employee
    Provident Fund) for Workers
     It also discussed about the stranded operating procedure (SOP), to be practiced
    at the workplace by the workers. It needs publicity and practice at the
    workplace as per the industries standards.
     Suggestion
    As far as ESI is concerned- It needs a wide publicity about in its program among
    the workers.
     ESI help desks may be set up at all the ESI empanelled Hospitals. ESI
    empanelled hospitals are to put signage board outside the Hospital (At the
    Entrance) as a ESI empanelled hospital.
    
    Local Start Ups including Handicrafts/ Self Employed may be made Aware of
    Govt Rules/Regulations involving Safety Health & Social Security.

Also special thanks to Mr. Ajit Kumar Secy.Labour Kerala & his team led by Mr.Pramod Directorate of Factories for organizing this wonderful educative online training program on Vision Zero with a few takeaways as follows:-

1.Kerala is on way to Vision Zero through enforcement & engineering strategy with safety of workers is important for Govt of Kerala.

2. Vision Zero is a culture as brought out by Mr Trichel Bernard.

3. Golden Rules of leadership & hazards are important as brought out by Dr.Timm

4. Good practices need to be shared between companies & that Govt officers should act as helpers not police role for implementation of Zero Harm Culture.
