3 Display of Safety posters/ Safety Health Social Security Booklet as handed over during discussion in Local Language ( Tamil ) for prominent Locations of the City/Office Training Centers in the State including for Distribution to Institutions Individuals ( Soft Copies of Pocket Booklet & Pictorial depiction of Safety Health are Human Rights booklet since sent by Mail )
4 Having A State Level Conclave/ Roundtable Discussion involving Safety Health and Social Security for MSME Small businesses with focus on effects of Climate change ruse of AI on Occupational Safety Health and Social security
5 Establishment of ” Help Desk ” @ DCDI Office & in their Districts Exclusively to Register Self Employed Stand Alone Workers/ Entrepreneurs of MSME Small Businesses in e Shram Portal/ Ayushman Bharat Health Scheme/ State welfare Like Welfare Const Boards/ ESI EPFO Schemes
6 As to Funding issue to support Events Suggestion – You may follow Bangalore DCDI by making Local Small Scale Industries Association like KASSIA in Karnataka, besides Budget Provision by MSME Ministry/ DCDI- Remember as Discussed ” The Traditional View is no replaced by ” Expenditure on Training/ Equipments involving Safety Health & Social Security are Investment since A Life is Saved A Family is Secured Productivity Increases & Prosperous is the Nation ”

With your kind self in chair joined by JD Industrial Safety & Health Mr Balu, Madam Seuthil Kumari Secretary State Construction Board/ CIF & U/S of the Department, it was an effective discussion involving Presentation made by me on Activities of IGFP alongwith Points for Discussion for Collaboration cooperation on OSH SS Activities with support of our German Partners led by DGUV ( Hard copy of Presentation given )
Following our discussion, Points for implementation are as follows
1 Need for Focus on Safety Health and Social Security with Vision Zero as Goal was appreciated by all with A Tagline – ” Save A Life for A Secured Family & Prosperous Nation/ State ( Key Words )
2 Keeping above Awareness Capacity Building program for Visionzero through Online Mode as done for Odisha Kerala UP could be done District wise for Tamilnadu State
2 Next International symposium with Focus on “ Effect of Climate Change & Use of AI could be the Theme
3 CIF suggested to have A State Level workshop on Vision Zero for Textile Sector @ Tirupur/ Coimbatore
4 Catch them Young through Students of Schools/ Colleges by introducing safety Health Disaster Management ect in School/ College Curriculum with A Tagline to reach Workers – “Parents, You stay Safe so that the Family is secured & Industries Progress with Nation Building ”
5 IGFP as Trainer for Construction Board of Tamildnadu through Lectures/Postures/ publicity materials to be coordinated by IGFP on Safety Health & Social Security with Focus on Vision Zero for Zero Harm/ Rest Room Waiting Space for
Construction workers@ important Areas of Cities where they gather for going to work in Morning with Safety Health Postures in Local Language
6. Establishment of Help Centres in State hQ/ DLOs in Districts to Register Workers ( Stand Alone Construction workers/ Gig Platform workers/ Self Employed workers in Mobile Shops/ Street Hawkers Auto Drivers etc ) in e Shram Portal/ Govt of India Health Schemes like ESI EPFO Ayushman Bharat/ State Govt welfare Schemes like Construction Boardb ect.
7. Translation to Local Languagebooklet on Safety Tips/ Posture besides use of LLL ( Through Games/ Drawings ) ) as developed by BG BAU ( DGUV) with SEWA for Children of Workers
8. For Upcoming Joint Training Program on Vision Zero being Organized @ Kolkotta on 31st July & 1st August 2024, JD Safety was handed over Brochure etc with request to send to Industries to join as Participants to get Good Practices on
Visionzero for International/ National Experts attending this international Event.

At the end Safety Posture/ Safety Jacket & Safety & Health are Human Rights Booklet ( Useful for Workers in getting awareness through Pictorial Situations in their workplaces ( what’s Right What is Wrong ) were handed over for use Few Photos with Soft copy of Safety Posture & Pocket Booklet are enclosed for preparing in Local Language for Distribution/ Display Prominent Places.

Visit to ESIC Hospital & Medical College @ Chennai

I also took the opportunity to visit ESIC Hospital & Medical College @ Ashoknagar where I had the opportunity to work as AO Medical in Srice Career. A Booklet on ” Safety & Health are Human Rights “was handed over to Dean with request to utilize in their In-House training Programs 7 to keep A Subject on Safety Health & Social Security with IGFP invited for Guest Lectures.( Training Programs for ParaMedical/ Adm Staff/ Officer/ workers ect )
