Workshop on “Safety Health & Social Security with Focus on Zero Harm /Vision Zero involving Manufacturing, MSME, Construction & Port Sectors” for North Odisha Districts on 10th May 2023 with strong support of DGUV Germany, Collectorate Balasore, Labour & ESI Department, Government of Odisha & NOCCi, Balasore, Odisha

Thanks A Ton to All the Office Bearers Management & Staff of Chamber for successful conduct of a well coordinated Workshop for industries of 5 Districts of Odisha with strong support of Labour ESI Department of Government of Odisha Collectorate of Balasore with coordination of I GFP with our German Partners led by DGUV IGFP would also like to record Gratitude to Shri, Santhanagopalan R, IAS, Principal Secretary to Government, Labour & ESI Department, Odisha as Chief Mentor-Leading from Front in his Goal for Zero Tolerance to Accident & Fatality in Industries in Odisha for which Along With His Team of Officers from Department/ Directorate of Factories, IGFP could successfully brought more than 150 Participants covering 5 Districts (Balasore, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Jajpur and Bhadrak) who through A Well Structured Program on Safety Health & Social Security could be exposed to Best International/National/ State Good Practices to Act as Champions to carry forward Awareness to Workers & Industries in their Districts.
Also Gratitude to District Collector Shri, Dattatraya Bhausaheb Shinde,IAS, Collector and District Magistrate who not only graced the occasion but responded positively to Land Allocation for Proposed 100 Bedded Hospital for ESI Scheme in Balasore District through RD ESIC- Thanks to All.IGFP would also like to express thanks to International Speaker Madam & National/ State Speakers for their valuable inputs through their Presentations which shall be placed in IGFP website @www.indogermanfocalpoint.com .

team i am sharing the said presentation with request that labour department of the Island may like to have
awareness cum training programs on OSH SS for officers inspectors & safety HR officers of industries,
besides using the safety video in local language towards practical implementation of Vision Zero.

It was A Privilege to have your kind self as Chief Guest along with Dr. Fuellman from Switzerland with other Valued Dignitaries involving IGFP First Ever Workshop for Practical Implementation of Visionzero in Industries.
Through Technical Sessions with Participants from leading Industries from Steel, Aluminium, Power / Energy, MSME & Construction Sectors, they shared the status of the Implementation of Vision Zero for A Safe Workplace in their Industries, besides other Speakers in Technical Sessions. Important to mention here – Questioneer which was circulated to Participants to get their Feedback involving Safety Status & Way Forward Suggestions etc.
IGFP is privileged to Compile A Booklet titled “Implementing the Seven Golden Rules –successes and challenges ” containing Takeaways/ Minutes based on Feedback received through Speakers & Questioneer which IGFP is glad to circulate to your kind self & to other Stakeholders for Pertinent action.
