We appreciate your commitment to joining the track on Migration and Urbanization. Attached is the overall program agenda for your reference. Since its inception in 2016, the Odisha Vikash Conclave has thrived as a multi-stakeholder platform for advancing the sustainable development agenda of our state, thanks to the support of all of you. The State government has agreed to formally collaborate this time with the participation of both the Chief Secretary and the Development commissioner, besides senior officials from various departments.

Please note that registration will begin at 9:00 AM and close at 9:55 AM on the 23rd of October to ensure the opening session starts promptly at 10:00 AM. We kindly request your arrival on time to avoid any last-minute rush. The day has been planned with a lot of care and the collaborating organizations have curated the various thematic tracks for an informed dialogue for collective reflection. The event is expected to end around 6.30 pm in the evening. Outstation participants may like to plan the day accordingly. You may contact the relevant point of contact of the various tracks in advance if you want to join as a panellist.
