At the outset, thanks for our Meeting Along with A Presentation followed by Discussion on possible areas of Collaboration/Cooperation on OSH SS on 19th October 2024 @ State Secretariat. Your Concern & Agreement to ” Adopt Zero Accident/ Fatality at workplace ” brings out the Positive Response for Goal of 7 Golden Rules of Vision Zero as Formulated by ILO/ISSA as brought out in my Presentation (Soft Copy Enclosed).
Your Valuable suggestion for sending you an Action Plan to implement Adoption of Zero Accident Goal in Summary is as Follows: –
1. Equipping Top Management & Institutions of Labour Department like MGLI with Good Practices from International/ National Institutions/ Experts with Coordination of My Organization IGFP as Done by Labour Department Gujarat in 2019(Slide with Flyer of International Vision Zero Training Program Vadodara 2019 Enclosed)
2. Awareness cum Capacity Building Programs on Safety Health & Social Security for Field Level Safety/ HR Officers of Industries (Online / Offline) through International/National Programs with IGFP taking care of Such Experts while Local Logistic Arrangements by Labour Department (Such online Training program on Vision zero for Odisha Labour Department Enclosed )
3. Reaching Workers/ Contractors on Zero Harm Culture Promotion by Pictorial Depiction/ Postures/ Publications in Local Language including Students/ Children to reach their Families ( Catch them young posture Enclosed )
4. Establishment of CoE on Vision zero for bringing Industries & Students/ Children/ Faculties/ Regulators under! Floor for Promoting – Safety Starts with Self & Professional Empowerment. (Slide of CoE promoted @ KIIT University Enclosed)
